Description :

The main responsibilities:

Maintain existing business and develop new business growth within the sales department &  to achieve the budgeted sales objectives within the defined sales territory and customer base with a particular focus to grow business with strategically identified customers.

·         Prepare an annual sales plan and budget for the agreed sales territory/customers.

  • Develop personal action plans and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Collect information from the market in order to elaborate and implement the proper sales strategies.
  • Identify, establish and manage business relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Inspire and transmit values in order to get the best results out of out customers.
  • Colloborate with and support colleagues in the best interest of the Protective sales team to deliver required levels of business.
  • Coordinate and ensure, together with the Logistics, Customer and Technical Service departments.

 

Competences needed: 

Education :  Bachelor / Master's degree in Business and marketing

Experience5 years' experience in a similar position

 

  • The ability to both present and negotiate across a broad range of customers.
  • Customer knowledge and key sales competences are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to motivate self and team members
